Returns & Warranty Policy
Gadget Planet offers a Limited 90-Day Warranty on our distributed products. This policy only applies to out-of-box defects or failures and does not include buyer's remorse or open-box consumer returns for any other reason. In order to process a Warranty claim or return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:
- All returns require authorization from Gadget Planet in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance.
- Only approved items are to be included in your return.
- RMA form must be enclosed in the return shipment.
- RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All defective returns are inspected and tested upon receipt. Credit will only be issued for items listed on the RMA that are deemed defective by our inspection.
- A refund or exchange will be issued for all eligible items.
- Any returned products that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.

Shipping
Orders are shipped on normal business days. Gadget Planet is committed to shipping out your order as quickly as possible.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
